This challenge is based on the "Do You Have An IQ Over 150? Solve This Puzzle And Find Out!" challenge¹ that makes the rounds every so often on Facebook:

Write a program that prompts for two numbers and outputs the "sum" according to the challenge shown above. For a bonus challenge, have the program loop until 0 (zero) is entered for both numbers.
