Install Portable Google Chrome

The default web browser on your computer may be quite outdated and not work well with some websites, so I highly recommend you install Google Chrome as an alternative.

At the school, the computers are deep-freezed so a standard installation of Chrome is not feasible. Instead, I highly recommend you use Portable Crome, which can be downloaded and installed from http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/google_chrome_portable.

When installing, be sure to modify the installation directory so it starts with "M:\" so it installs to your private home drive.

After it is installed, ask me about "Chrome Sync". (you will love it!) Also ask me about some standard extensions that I recommend.
