Coverage for 2013-09-20

If students need to leave class, please ask them to fill in the Time Tracker at the bottom of their online daybook.

Period 1 - TIJ1O Exploring Technologies

The priorities are:

    1. Finish and submit Aquarium assignment ("2010_03_Aquarium").

    2. Cheerios assignment ("2010_06_CheeriosBox_PC"). There isn't a hand-in folder yet for this so it can be submitted Monday.

    3. 3D Models assignment. There isn't a hand-in folder yet for this so it can be submitted Monday.

    4. Print and complete the Safety Crossword. It can be handed in later.

    5. Choose any SketchUp egg tutorial (experiment!) and attempt it.

At the end of class, please remind the students to log out of their computers (some have been forgetting) and push in their chairs.

Period 2 - TGJ3M, TGJ4M Communications Technology

The priorities for the grade 11's are:

    1. Finish all Inkscape tutorials. If complete, see Bradley for details about the "Turkey Trot" assignment. If finished that, find any other Inkscape tutorial on YouTube and do it.)

The grade 12's are working on their independent projects. Please remind them to update their journal and submit their progressat least weekly.

At the end of class, please remind the students to push in their chairs.

Period 3 - TEJ2O Computer Technology

The priorities are:

  1. Electronics Safety Rules Poster Assignment

    1. Study for Computer History test.

At the end of class, please remind the students to push in their chairs and turn off all the computers.
